Office Policies
- Note that we will keep a card on file for appointments booked
- We suggest arriving at least 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time for paperwork.
- Cancellations/No Notice made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment will be billed at rate for time that was scheduled.
- Late arrivals will be billed for scheduled appointment time.
- Consultations will be billed at $40.
